A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:

• Terms of return - You must initiate return within 7 days of delivery and it must be received within 14 days of original delivery
• State of return -item must be in original condition and unopened
• Reason for return- If product is damaged or no longer needed
• Process for return- Return must be started within 7 days of delivery
• Process of refund- Refund will be issued to original payment method
